I went out for lunch today. ate food between 2pm and 3.30. Just got home (4.30) done my BG 11.8 had my insulin slightly higher dose than normal but not hungry now. Was I right to give my insulin now?.
 
are you on mixed insulin? Otherwise you inject at the time you eat!
