hi guys due to take lautus at ten but with the clocks going back an hour do i take it earlier cant remember what i did last year thanks

Personally, I just took mine at the normal time, since I'm never that strict on when I take it. If you are, then maybe take it half an hour earlier tonight to split the difference.

sorry, I know this is late but as far as I've been told, with Lantus you have a 1 hour window where you can inject before or after your 'usual' time.

If you are really strict when you take it then definitely changing it by half an hour yesterday and then the other half an hour tonight will be the best way to do it.
