Hi Monicaxx, welcome to the forum 🙂 Do you think you have forgotten yours tonight? If it was me, then I would not risk taking a double dose as this could lead to some bad hypos for the next 24 hours - better to risk going higher and do some testing through the night. If your levels are rising then it would indicate you had not injected - although only you will know your own diabetes and what readings you might expect to get.

There are some pens like the novopen echo that will record what your last injection was and how long ago, or a device called Timesulin which will do the same but doesn't fit all pens. Other than that all I can suggest is having some kind of routine that indicates you have taken your injection. We've all done it! 🙂
