I tried this out on holiday and it was lovely - thought i would share it with you.
Minced lamb
coriander
basil
garlic
black pepper
salt
cabbage leaves
optional (Not altogether though!):
apricots
chilli
mint
Mix the lamb with all the herbs and spices of choice and make them into sausage lengths, then wrap the cabbage leaf around the mince so its like a parcel and place in foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
Eat with salad or a chutney of choice.🙂Bev
