Labyrinthitis?

Hi all,

Hd to get emergency app. at docs yeasterday because the minute I got up my poor head felt awful, was all over the place, couldn't stand up straight, walk straight, felt sick and really poorly couldn't understand what on earth was wrong, had gone to bed fine! All sorts of thiongs went through my mind, as hey do. To cut a long story short turns out I ave Labyrinthitis!

Have to say doc was brilliant and did lots of tests and was very reassuring, I feel very lucky to have such a good practice, there are 6 docs available and it doesn't matter whih one I see they are all very caring and take time to listen!

Hope this is makinbg sense as my had still fuzzy, nothing new there then 😉 having to do things slowly and very deliberatly otherwiase away I go an ge a bit of a list on, lol, actually not fnny but if dont laugh thing Ill cry

Hi Shirl, sorry to hear this, but great to hear that you got good care 🙂 I have a friend who had this and it cleared up after about 4 weeks - hope you are soon feeling much better 🙂

My bro in law had labyrinthitis once...very disabling

Thank you both, doc did say it may take some time to clear

Finding it difficult to look to left or right and move my head quiclkly and not easy to type, lol

could of course be worse, trying to think positively, housework may have to wait 😱 hehe, shame, huh?
