My GP haven't upgraded their Systmonline yet, so no online results. Found that out today, despite advertising it in the waiting room.:(

Och thanks everyone for your good wishes. I'm just mega tired and needing an overhaul. I will be glad when bloods are done and results are in. I am grateful for the health I have and am petting my lip and stamping my feet. Sorry for being a pain

Stamp away Carol...we can all relate to that...once those results are in...you can see exactly where you are...then you'll be able to concentrate on what you need to do...you rant away too when necessary...we can handle it...what we're here for.

Blimey...whatever happened to the advance of technology there.

Just thinking (thought I could smell burning), if they say 'normal' then does that mean my cholesterol has improved?

Sorry, you can't do a range of numbers, WL, that's way too easy.:D
Good glad you told her that...she was taking liberties...and my numbers...some people are so greedyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Not a pain at all Carol ~ you've every right to have a moan when you're feeling under par ~ just temporary until your blood results come through. Chin up if you can til then hun x

I wish the medics would define *normal*. Do they mean normal for you (us) under the circumstances of our health ~ or normal as in how things should be. How can we accept normal when we know from our results that they need improving?

'Normal' just means they are within the range that the Lab regard as 'normal'. Without knowing what that range is - you're none the wiser!

Interestingly my GP test records the system now shows me, include my 'Glycated Haemoglobin' tests back to 1998 !

Well, I'm certainly not 'normal'.
