Hi hectorzaza, lovely to hear from you again but sorry to hear that you have been having problems :( I'm afraid I don't know much about the kidney function tests - hopefully someone will be able to give you some idea about what it all means. Has your doctor given you any idea? Hopefully, whatever the problem was before has resolved itself and the new test results will be fine - when do you hear the results?

Hi

whew.......are u exhausted now lol?!

It's really bad that you are having to stick with poor care because of some bureaucracy :( Sounds like a very good move to change doctors, hope you don't have to deal with the current one for too much longer.

Remember we're here for you whenever you need to let off steam! 🙂

After my last kidney function blood test I was told that it was abnormal but normal for me. This worried me and I asked for an explanation and was told that it just meant that my kidneys weren't working as well as they used to do, probably partly because I was getting older and couldn't expect them to work as well as they did years ago and partly because of the diabetes. The GP then added that it meant that I had chronic kidney disease. I, too, don't know whether I should be worried or not. What does anyone else think?
