Hi all,
I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 just over 2 weeks ago and did a blood test of which my Dr said everything including my kidneys where fine.

However, last week I also did a urine test and the Dr said the levels are a bit high. She has requested that I do another urine test first thing tomorrow morning.

The range that she told me contradicts with the internet says, can anyone please help? advise? as I am very confused and scared.

albumin 28.2
creatinine 13.22
ACR 2.1

does these results mean I have problems with my Kidney?

Thank you all in advance. Yan

Hi Yan,
I’m no specialist so can’t comment on your numbers, maybe one of the others might know more 🙂 one thing I do know is to NEVER trust Dr Google! Sounds like your doctor knows what they are doing, repeating the test will give a better picture. Try not to worry, I’m sure if there was cause for concern, your doctor wouldn’t have left you hanging 🙄
