Hi, I'm new to this but was wondering if other type 2s get pain in their kidneys?
Thanks 🙂

Now and then yes I was advised that I need to drink more water, it works as I've felt them less and less. I try to drink at least 2lt of just water a day (even when its cold weather) and double that in summer heat.

Welcome @Puzzy 🙂 I haven’t had that but I think it needs checking just to be sure there’s no infection or anything.

Are you on any medication for the diabetes? How is your control?

Hi Inka, thanks for reply x I decided to get tests done tomorrow and go from there. On 300mg of Canagliflozin but doesn't seem to do anything. Readings between 10 and 25 x

Getting those readings down will help you feel better too. If your meds aren’t working, do push for more support.

Yeah getting tests is a good idea, always best to be safe, as you're drinking plenty it might be something else. Good luck.
