Ketosis and Ketoacidosis

There a breastfeeding woman following a strict LCHF diet developed ketoacidosis. Breastfeeding needs carbs and isn’t a good time to follow such a diet. Interestingly, this lady was given a small amount of insulin even though she wasn’t diabetic.
 
You can also get ketoacidosis with normal blood sugars, as happened to me previously
