Thought I would create a thread where if we notice a change in anything we could possibly use to treat a hypo we let everyone on here know, so as we know Lucozade is on the list, also noticed that for anyone who uses fruit pastilles they now also do a 30% less sugar version too so be extra vigilant x

Argh I just switched from lucozade to fruit pastilles...how annoying!

I guess I will just have to switch to krispy kremes LOL 😉

The tubes of pastilles still seem to be Ok, and at the moment the pouches seem to come in both full sugar and reduced, and the reduced is clearly labelled.
Switching to Krispy Kremes is a tempting thought though.....

Not sure if anyone uses Fruitella but just in case there is also now a reduced sugar in them x

Yes all good here thanks lovely, it's my birthday tomorrow so preparing for cake haha! Hope you've been good, I've been lurking in the background quite a lot so I've been keeping an eye on everyone lol 🙂

Haha isn't it just, a krispy kreme might overdo it as a hypo treatment though...have you seen the nutritional info on them? It's atrocious!!
...Atrocious, but tasty LOL
