Hi every one, tonight I really fancied a kebab, I don't normally have them , my daughter says there bad for me (she is very heathy eater no take aways) are they bad for my diabetes,
Generally meat is quite high fat, particularly doner kebabs; shish kebabs less fatty as they're grilled. One piece of pitta bread isn't too high in carbohydrate, some salad, some sauce - not too bad for a rare treat.
Thanks for your reply,I really shouldn't have had that kebab as there not really good ,I was week as I'm trying to lose a bit of Waite ,if my kids had been here they would have stopped me
