Hi every one, tonight I really fancied a kebab, I don't normally have them , my daughter says there bad for me (she is very heathy eater no take aways) are they bad for my diabetes,

Generally meat is quite high fat, particularly doner kebabs; shish kebabs less fatty as they're grilled. One piece of pitta bread isn't too high in carbohydrate, some salad, some sauce - not too bad for a rare treat.

Thanks copepod

Ok I will stay away from kebabs, Don't no why my post was moved as I did not copy any thing from this site,

No recipes coped

I coped no recipes from this site or any other, as in my first post I mentioned it was a take away, so don't no why my post was moved.

Rosie, there was nothing wrong with your post, the moderators just thought it would be better placed in the food section 🙂

I didn't mean stay away from kebabs, just have them as rare treats, not too often. Did you have one last night?

I moved your post to food section, as it concerned food. The redirect means that people will find it easily. Hope that's OK?

Thanks copepod
