Hi @Kaylz i thought I would avoid hijacking the other thread.
My meal with 30g of carbs was: basmati rice, green beans with caraway seeds, salmon cooked in turmeric, cumin seeds and yogurt. Mmmmmmm.
 
Oh that sounds lovely! I haven't had fish in a while so may just have to try this, thanks! 🙂
