Hi - I've joined to try and keep up to date with information and support available to help my elderly father who has Type 2 Diabetes.

How long has your Dad been living with diabetes? And does he take any medications to help manage his glucose levels?

You might like to sign up to the Learning Zone which has heaps of bite-sized modules you can work through at your own pace.
