I did drink a bit more fizzy drinks than I normally do yesterday. But upon reading/researching I discovered that this can inrease anxiety along with drinking carbonated water. I did wake up this morning in an anxious state.

Wonder if it had something to do with it? Hmmm

Never heard that Rustee.

Hope the anxiety passes.

Yep apparantly its the stuff in them. Also it claimed sugar is like fuel for Anxiety too. I like doing my research

Well the odd can would be ok I reckon. But I had quite a lot of them on Saturday

What fizzy drinks? The colas have caffeine in them that may affect heart rate, never heard of carbonated water being a problem (off to Google this.....)

I’m just drinking some IrnBru sugar free. I don’t think it’s got caffeine in as well as girders, but who cares?
