Your waking readings have been brilliant the last 2 days in the 5s so it looks like you are doing really well, but I know that doesn't always mean that it isn't a strain.

I think, because you are still relatively new, the PM facility hasn't been activated. Don't think there is anything you can do about it but a mod should be able to open it up for you... but doesn't look like there are any online at the moment. Will tag @everydayupsanddowns to sort it for you next time he is online
