As for the confusion you have come to the right place, even though we are confusing as hell you will generally get an answer or few
As for the carbs what I recommend is to cut or reduce all Bread, Rice, Pasta, Cereals & starchy vegetables like potatoes.... Instead replacing them with green leafy vegetables like Broccoli, sprouts, cauliflower and so on. Stay away from pre-made "diet" foods as they contain extra sugar to offset the lack of fat for taste.
Hi speckyHi I've just been told I Have pre diabetes my blood sugar levels were 43 back in April but no one told me.Just been told to cut out all sugar and reduce carbs.Very confused.
