Keep in touch mate - right there with you!

Seems that feeling low and quite poorly are the norm and that we shouldn't be at all concerned at visiting the GP if we need to.

My levels are dropping, but fluctuating, I guess yours are the same? I'm also tired VERY quickly with weird headrushes.

Rather than offer you specific advice I'd recommend you buy and read 'Diabetes for Dummies', it certainly explained everything quite comprehensively to me - basically, eat healthily, take your medication and exercise and you should be able to manage things fine, and feel much healthier. Good luck.
