Hey,
Nothing at the moment. My doctor was a bit weird. I've not felt right for a couple of years and have been tested previously due to family history and repeated UTIs since 17!( I'm 32 now). Every time I've gone back in last couple of years I've been told I have stress, but genuinely wasn't stressed about anything. At the start of this year I got a UTI that never went, but all the tests came back negative for an infection, but positive for glucose. I had a blood test that read 14, and was due for another. Then had a couple of really dizzy spells and ended up having to call an ambulance with an elevated heart rate and my bloods came back again as 12 and a under active thyroid. He just said he'd refer me and said in the meantime to cut my carbs (which I am trying really hard to do, have given up sugar completely, bread, pasta and booze).
I used to be super active... Running, swimming, triathlons, trekking, but last couple of years the wind has been taken out of my sails. I am healthy weight and only 32 so all a bit frustrating because I can't lose weight to manage it.
Last month I've not felt well with it. Last week I pretty much slept Thursday 4pm- Saturday 10am and this evening I've had a funny turn again (can't work out if high or low blood is causing it )
Started seeing someone who is telling me get fresh air, get exercise and you'll be fine, but I don't he understands just how ill I feel with it right now and I don't want to put it on him or any of my friends X
Sorry for the blurb!
