Just ate chip shop chips.

Been on a circus demo hadnt eaten since 2pm so starving. My pre BG was 8.6 lord knows what it will be at bedtime!?.😱

Oh my! Chip shop chips don't have the best reputation for keeping blood sugars levels nice and steady 😱 The fat tends to delay digestion, but they are pretty carby! You might like to read our food experiment of fish and chips so you can see how you compare:

Never know your luck, I find a small portion of chippy chips dont raise me at all, but I still dont do it very often.

Well 2 hrs after (bedtime) it was 13.1 and this mornings BG was 8.9.

I only ate half and gave the other half to my dogs.. Yes they are fat..🙂

It has been a while since we had chip shop chips. Our locally chippy fives us so many chips we only get one portion between four of us. If we are going for fish and chips I normally only have the fish because I like the batter, it is a treat when I have it.
