Why does this all seem so confusing!!!

Hi Doddy, dont wait until you see the professionals, have a read around here and look at the basics that we all have to consider, eg diet means basically to reduce the fast acting carbs, eg white rice, white bread, pasta etc, or if you wish to reduce the weight then include even wholemeal items. Cut down on portion sizes of potatoes too, but you will find what suites you so dont panick, take it slowly and your figures will come down.

Exercise can help, but I too have a problem, so I started to walk a short distance and rather slowly. It helped though, as its a case of doing a little more than you are doing at present. Over time this has helped me and I still have to be careful, but I can walk for 20 minutes or so now, and enjoy it.

Just keep positive Doddy, as you are, and you will be fine.🙂
