I don't feel half so isolated as I did since finding this site. Family and friends are good but like most ailments unless you are experiencing it yourself they don't fully understand. You are a lovley lot.

I have made many freinds and hope to make so many more everyone of us in here does our own little bit .I have especially needed people in the last week or so and i was overwelmed with the support. We all need this place lets carry on making it better and better xx
