If we could improve the health service, what ways do you think they could come up with. As we all take medication, do you think that if the companies offered you a DSN, a therapist and aftercare in return for you endorsing how their medication helps you...........WOULD YOU DO IT...........

No, I would want my healthcare to be from people independent of any particular company so that I would be kept up-to-date with the latest information and treatments regardless of who produced them. There is already excellent care in the NHS, it's really just a case of bringing everyone up to the best standards, so we have to keep challenging bad practice so the necessary improvements are put in place 🙂

Hear Hear Northerner.

Moreover I wish they WERE independent and could actually prescribe the drugs they would really like to prescribe rather than what the PCT in it's wisdom decree that they must.

Which leads me to my next question actually; I'll start another thread!

No way, as Northie says. If we ever end up doing that here, the NHS will be dead and buried, and so will most of us.
