Hi guys Im starting to find that i start having symptoms of a hypo, feeling weak, hands shaking etc and when i test my blood its actually only about 4 or 5 which for me is not a hypo. Could this be because i have been living in high sugars for a while now and only just starting to be good (3 weeks and counting :D) and now a normal reading makes my body think its low and could it be when my sugars have been reading ok for a while this will stop?

im sorry if the above doesnt make sense im trying to explain the best i can 🙄

absolutely not clueless, glad you are getting more contol too, you will feel much better im sure 🙂

you are right. as you come down more often into range your body will get used to those numbers and you won't feel low at them anymore. Just wondering are you doing anything when you feel low and find you are 4/5 ?
