Does anybody follow any juicing intake? I've started having juiced veg for lunch and have not had any side effects and have started to notice a stabling of my BGLs. I'm only using green veg currently so loads of spinach, kale, courgette, lettuce, broccoli and celery with the occasional apple or kiwi fruit.

Those are very low carb veg, so even when juiced they won't raise you BG. Fruit is another matter though, as the fibre that would slow down the carbs is lost when juicing.
