Hi guys

I have been a bit of a "lurker" here for quite a while now but have decided to stop hiding and get involved!

I've been diabetic well over 20 years, diagnosed at age 2 so have had plenty of ups and downs along the way which I will no doubt share as we go along.

From what I have read so far, this seems like a great place for support, advice and sharing so hopefully I will get over my apparent shyness and be in the thick of it soon 🙂

I haven't gone back into hiding, I have been away at T in the Park all weekend but am back now and slowly recovering - I don't think there is a bit of my body that doesn't hurt today!

I'm off to catch up on everything that's been going on for the last few days

Hi there. T in the park - lucky you. We watched it on telly. I may be the wrong side of 50 but I enjoy festivals. I went to the last Isle of Wight festival when I was 17.😉
