I am type 2 Diabetes and have been for a number of years?
I am taking Apidra SoloStar and Lantus Solo Star insulin and also metformin tablets.
I am unsure about a testing regime and my suger is usually high.
I am being treated fo retinopathy and am progressing with a diet.
My weight is usually constant.
I am requested to attend my Doctors Diabetes clinic every few months but never receive any practical advice. Help!!

Hi John,

Welcome to the forum.

I would suggest that you have a good read of things on the forum for inspiration and then write yourself a good old list of questions for the next time you visit your GP/Specialist.
