I got John Walsh's book today and having just opened it I think it looks very complicated. I'm looking forward to starting it as it has such ngreat reviews but it does look very daunting.Still, I'm not easily defeated! 😱

I am going to see the pump nurse on Wednesday so things are moving and it's getting exciting. :D

The book is fantastic, also known as the pumpers Bible 🙂
Once you have your pump and can sit there with it in front of you the book is very easy to understand as you can picture and follow things more easily.
Just read a chapter at a time and go over it again. It's a great reference book and not bedtime reading :D

Exactly, it doesn't really make sense until you know what a pump does, and what it can do.

It's a steep learning curve for most people, so the more you can mug up on it beforehand, the better - if you want to get the BEST out of your pump, that is - and who doesn't?

My copy has arrived today 🙂

Perfect timing for my saline start tomorrow, a night ahead of reading and head scratching in preparation for me :D
