I've just been watching a webinar with Jesse and Dr Will Bulsiewics
"The Empowered Gut Summit: Day 1"

Some very interesting hacks Jesse talks about in her talks
"The Impact of Blood Sugar on Gut Health and How to Achieve and Maintain Optimal Blood Sugar Levels with Jessie Inchauspé"

Jesse is on Instagram and You tube and her book The Glucose Goddess Method comes out in May.

Posting info here for those who may wish to investigate further.

Briefly the 4 main hacks introduced gradually are; (fully covered in her book apparently)

Week 1 - eat savoury protein rich breakfast.
Week 2 - 1 tablespoon of vinegar daily in water before the main carby meal (but can do at other time of day)
Week 3 - eat vegetables first in each meal before carbs or protein.
Week 4 - Exercise for 10 mins after each meal *

*Dr B also mentions this hack

All the above hacks said to help in keeping blood glucose in balance and helps avoid hypos and hypers

The hacks have shown to reap other benefits too.

Definitely worth looking into further.

Currently I have been sprouting a lot of seeds and growing microgreens so I will be quite easy for me to eat a handful of veg greens before each meal although it can be any vegetables raw cooked et.

Also mentioned for the savoury breakfast was pea protein shales with added fruit and veg as required and omelettes I think a lot of folk are already doing this.

Dr B mentioned he likes advocado on sour dough tast sprinkled with balsamic vinegar!.
