THE NHS is a formidable institution which, generally, many of us use without any problems.
However, occasionally, people do have issues with their care, treatment or difficulties in accessing health services and feel that they want to raise them and make a complaint.
People want the service providers to know about their experience, to acknowledge when things have gone wrong and to explain why.
