The Link is to an article about Glycemic Index (GI) of foods - aimed at T1's I know but same applies for T2's I believe.

Also in the Newsletter article about Healthy Pregnancy in T1's which I haven't read but wondered if it might be usefull.

Also an article about a cook book written by a T1 chef which I shall be looking for on google shortly😉

Hope the link is usefull

Thanks for the link MM 🙂 It would be good if such things would also mention GL (Glycaemic Load), which I think is a more practical and 'real world' elaboration of GI 🙂

Yup, I thought so too, Alan, but I still thought it explained what it did cover quite well. Just chose that page to link to rather than front page, but there's quite a lot in there - haven't read it all yet.
