Anyone tried or have a view on Jason’s sourdough bread from Waitrose, I’m told it had low GI and is kind to BS levels?

It is 48g carb per 100g being low GI means it converts to glucose more slowly than a high GI food. Because different people react to even low GI foods just as quickly you would only know if it is ok for you by testing your blood glucose.
