January meet up in Bristol

There will be a forum meet for the New Year in Bristol on Saturday 13 January
at Yurt Lush (very near Bristol Temple Meads Station) from 11:00-15:00
Can you make it?

I'd love to, especially as it sounds as though there won't be very many of you (I can't cope with big groups), but I am very unlikely to be well enough, and wouldn't know for certain until the day itself.
If I could go, I'd have to ask everyone else who's going to avoid wearing perfume, aftershave, hairspray, or other strongly scented stuff (sprays are the worst) - would this be a problem for anyone, especially given that I'm very unlikely to be able to get there anyway?
And if it's noisy in Yurt Lush I might turn up and then have to go away again after a few minutes ...

No sprays lotions or potions from me. When I’ve been in Yurt Lush before it had a very quiet, pleasant ambience.

Thanks, Mike - useful to know it's not likely to be playing thumping music! There's a garden centre restaurant near here that plays jazz at DEAFENING volume - would be a lovely place to meet people for tea and cake, except that I can't hear anything anyone says because I can't take off my ear defenders 🙄

I grew out of loud music in pubs about 35 years ago! 😱 🙂

It looks as if we will have a bit of a gathering at our meet up. Anyone else able to make it?

Sat Jan 13 at Yurt Lush from 11:00 - 15:00. The venue is right by the station.
I have had it recommended to me a number of times but never been so looking forward to this.
