The trouble with being gluten-free is that gluten sneaks its way into lots of our staple foods (like bread and pasta), unexpected ingredients (like malt vinegar and stock cubes) and even some treats (cakes and cookies)! That means if you’re gluten free you need to make sure you read the packaging of everything, or preferably make it all yourself to be completely sure. That may sound daunting, but we’re here to help. Jamie has had his head down and has come up with lots of lovely new gluten-free recipes. He doesn’t just skip the wheat – he’s found delicious and clever ways to replace them. Here are our favourites.
