I made Jaffacake cheesecake for the 1st time yesterday and it is lovely! The recipe is from an American site and makes an enormous cake, bigger than I expected. Good luck drizzling the chocolate on top, mine wanted to solidify mid drizzle.

I will try to post the recipe in the recipes section.

I haven't made a cheesecake for ages! Will have to get on the ball.
