Thirty-six employees of a Jackson-area prison were accidentally injected with insulin Monday when they were supposed to be tested for tuberculosis, a spokesman said.
One employee at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, 3500 N. Elm Road, was treated and released for an adverse reaction, said the spokesman, Russ Marlan.
