I've joined the million step challenge, but trouble ordering a fitbit?

Well after a year of lockdowns and restrictions...

The Million step challenge seemed to be the ideal challenge to get me motivated into more exercise, so signed up

Has anybody had any trouble when trying to take advantage with the discount code on Fit Bits, I follow the link via my front page, chosen the fitbit I'd like done all the form filling etc. Put when I hit the pay it whirls, then tells me no go code 500...

I know the money is available in my account, so that isn't an issue. So assume the issue is with the fibit/diabetic end

Sorry I haven’t bought one. Can you email them to ask? It doesn’t automatically log the steps from the Fitbit to the challenge anyway so I’ll just use the steps from my phone, as I have a fitbit somewhere but I never remember to charge it.
