I have reached my target weight of 10.0 (3/4lb). I started off at 13stone in July and had steadily lost between 1-2lb per week.🙂

My healthy weight/BMI for 5ft 4 is 10st 5 but I wanted to get to 10stone 1lb - and I've done it...🙂 🙂

My wake up reading this morning was 4.8...

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who has offered support; suggestions and most of all motivation - its been a journey and will continue to be so..you guy's have been amazing...and I'm proud to take this journey with you...🙂

Amanda your doing just brilliantly a massive well done to you, your hard work is paying off two fold xx

Brilliant! Better get that nurse of yours an edible hat! Would love to see her face - any chance of a photo when you tell her? :D

I'm dreading it....I'd rather have a tooth pulled then sit opposite her...

well done you - how are you feeling?

Thank you Hazel; I'm chuffed I've managed to lose the weight steady - they say just to try and lose 1-2lb per week and don't get upset if you don't lose any. I think learning to swim is helping; I also only eat 3 meals a today and the occassional snack. Want to be healthy for my son - he is my world....

The help and support I've had on this forum has pushed me...couldn't have done it without the support of you guys....

Well Done , Congratulations :D

That's fantastic Amanda! Well done you - practice the smug face for your DN visit!! 😉

Well done Amanda 🙂

Amanda I read your posts and learn from them but just had to stop today and say Well Done! It's through your postings asking about food/readings that I am learning a bit more to help dad. Although he needs to gain weight both of us are impressed with your mini gym. We really need a machine of some sort to get dad through the winter as it's often too wet to even put a foot outside the door.

I really am impressed with all your hard work and knowlege x

Woo hoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! :D :D :D

well done amanda xxx that is such an achievement 🙂 am x

Fantastic achievement, Amanda! If only more people would take on board how important it is.

That is amazing, I have the same goal target, but 2 stone to lose - well 1st 12lbs now! I'm also 5' 4".

What were and are your BG levels like now? How much did you cut back on food by, and did you feel deprived since then or did you just embrace it?

I think we need before and after pics! :D

Well done!
