I'm so thrilled and pleased with myself, I can confirm I have lowered my blood levels and am no longer in the high 20's instead slightly above the normal threshold, I have lost over 1.5stone in less than two weeks for really trying to exercise more, and I was one of those people who never though I would ever loose the extra flab.

Many congratulations and good luck with continued success. What has been the thing which has helped you? Is it changing GP surgery and getting better support? I know you were really struggling with the staff at your previous surgery and clearly not getting the support you needed.
Anyway, well done and you have every right to be proud of yourself.

Well done!

That's brilliant. Well done

Very well done, deserving of a star. 🙂

And very well done from me too, it took me a year to lose that much and that was a struggle.
