Good Evening,

I hope everyone is OK. Apologies for not being in contact, I have just been working hard. Got a lot of shift work. While I like the job, nights are tricky as I am not used to eating at 3am in the morning. Can't complain, a job is a job.
The skills that pay the bills haha. Just more willpower is required. Luckily all food is provided for by the company. I had some instant oats at 3am - it was good too. Oh and tea as well, occasional diet coke - NO to the fruit juices, so deceptive. Anyway, enough ramblings on.......
