Hi and welcome to the forum. You have come to a great place for support, advice and information. I'm still trying to get my head around things a year after diagnosis! The members on here have been fantastic and never make you feel daft when you ask questions. There are some great links for information at the top of the newbies section. That would be a good start. Are you on any type of medication? I'm sure you will feel better once you have started to read up on things and started to take control of the D instead of it controlling you. Knowledge is power and it won't be long before you feel better informed so that you can make some lifestyle adjustments to help your condition. Wishing you the best of luck. Katie
I imagine that at the moment - you can't see the wood for the trees - so much to take on. Its quite normal early on to have feelings similar to bereavement - so if you get annoyed or upset that all pretty normal.
Don't be afraid to ask questions on anything you are uncertain of.
Hi! Welcome to the forum. People on here are BRILLIANT! So ask any question - nothing is too silly or basic. I haven't been a member very long but feel so much better about some of my worries already.
