The weathers nice and sunny with a small cooling breeze. Im feeling good inmyself MH wise. Things are on the up for me. just had a nice roast dinner, even went as far as to have 4 small roast spuds and a nice low carb yogurt for dessert. My diabeties is fine good BG levels. I gues the Diabetic Fairy likes
me after all.
Why write this I guess I just wanted to let you know how well things are for me now instead of my im not well posts.Falling in love with life all over again
To anyone whos stuggerling i want to say it does get better you know

I must be having a good day as you know im not happy with my MH treatment or lack of. So have read the NICE guidelines on it and its as i thought they are not following them. So, I have sent the CEO of my trust an email stating this and the relevant supporting points. Think it will stir things up a bit, but I dont care if it does Im like a dog with a bone when i get my teeth into something. Took me 45 mins to write it with spell checks etc
 
Mental health treatment in this country is appalling

Most of the people working in the system try their best but the staff and resources simply are not there

It's the most underfunded of all health areas

Cancer and Heart Disease are awful illnesses but they get far more funding and more understanding too

i think a lot of it is due to you cant see MHissues and the system is over worked
