Are cream-crackers (High Fibre) a no-no? If so, are there alternatives... Amanda xx 🙂
 
At only around 5g of carbs each I think they are fine as long as you'll not piling Jam on top of cause that is..

The Cracker wheat is even slightly less again in Carbs, and a bit tastier into the bargain..

Other is Tucks which has 3g's each..

The only thing is check with your meter to rule out any unreasonable spiking with them...
 
But who on this planet can eat only one? LOL Not I !

Considering a 'normal' Jacobs one is 5.4g, I'd far rather eat one Ryvita (sesame seed ones are 6.something from memory)
