Hey all

Been away from the forum for a while, just working on myself, as you do. Had my latest A1C come in at 45 in December, 89 when I was first diagnosed in June of 22. My last review I’ve come away with a positive outlook, The determination and hard work has paid off, Now off meds, and just managing via diet and lifestyle, The last 7 months has had its ups and downs, no pun intended . Constant morning readings of 5 to 6, It’s been a tough old slog, and I couldn’t have done it without this forum and what it has to offer, and I thank you all. There’s still some weight to shift but not much, strength and free weight training has had such a positive effect. I’d recommend it to anyone and of all ages.
