Defences must be raised

Good habits could be slipping

Diabetes out of phase



More choices of the sweet stuff

If we allow it to be there

Weigh up the consequences

And give yourself some care



Is it really worth indulgence

To suffer all those hours

You deserve that better lifestyle

So exercise your powers



You are where the buck stops

And you are at the start

You know that you’ll feel better

With good choices from the heart
