16:30 - tea and buiscuits,17:00 - corn ,18:00 - tortilla bread and curry , measured BG at 20:00 ( 2 hrs after main meal) shows 10.3 is this because of the cumulative eating effect ? is this type of measurement correct ?

It depends what it was before you ate, but 10.3 is slightly over the recommended 8.5 2 hours after meals.

You've to test before and after eating. To see the affect food (or anything else) has on your BG levels.
is this because of the cumulative eating effect ?
That's what testing can tell you, if you tested before and after.

Overall the rise does look a little higher than ideal, but it’s hard to know which of the component parts made up how much of that.

Reducing snacking (or at least avoiding carby snacks) can be a really helpful strategy. It’s amazing how much snacks and nibbles add up.

I always find this over Christmas where I tend to allow myself a bit more ‘snack freedom’. I can easily eat whole extra meal’s-worth of carbs in a handful of nibbles here and there 😱

Tortilla and curry isn't just a culture clash, as folk have said it's a touch carby. I always just eat poppadoms with curry (Patak's ready made.) They are made for gram flour (chick pea) as is traditional. Very low carb, 3g each, as opposed to 30g (approx) for a flour Tortilla..
