Is this a odd thing to do.

So I'm currently an online customer service course in an attempt to enhance my CV as well as learn some stuff. The course is called level 2 certificate in principles of customer service.

What I wondered is if it seems odd that I'm doing a level 2 course when I've got degree(my degree is in computing)

No it doesn’t. I’ve done many level 2 courses years after my masters degree. There’s several different level 2 courses available that can enhance your cv and show you’re keeping your mind active.

Thanks I sort about after I attended a job fair they said all Thier online courses are free so I had a look at their website and saw this course and thought why not.

That sounds like a very sensible idea.
No reason not to keep learning and it is very likely to enhance your CV.

Great that you are taking up the opportunity of learning @rayray119

It's a lifelong thing. One of the aspects of my life as a designer has been the need to learn a little about a huge range of things in order to create a 'story' for whatever the business did, or giving whatever materials they were looking for a ring of authenticity. What that has shown me over more years than I care to think about is that the world is full of very expert people, who have developed real skill in a particular area.

I may have learned enough to attempt to understand what they did, in order to articulate that to others, but I know that if I needed to learn their specialisms in detail I'd have to start at the very basics and work up
