Been having a think about how to stop the 'spikes' K keeps getting, and was thinking about what to do about bread. She does have quite a lot (some most days) but does not like seeds (or nuts, come to that). She has ordinary wholemeal but I have been reading that this is the same a white bread for blood sugars?
Does anyone know of any low GL bread without bits? I have heard of pumpernickel bread but have never seen this in 'real life' or tasted it. Any ideas please (I do make bread so if anyone had a recipe that would be good too, thanks 🙂 )
