I am drinking this a lot it says 0.8 g of sugar , do you think this is ok or avoid ?

I’m craving sugar like crazy and struggling at the moment

@Healthier It might be better to resist - maybe have tea - I drink fruit teas, or coffee with cream.
The craving will go away, but only if you don't feed it.

It’s fine to drink, low sugars and doesn’t affect my numbers.

I think it depends on how much you are drinking, is it 0.8g per 100ml or per can. The less sweet things you have the less you will crave them and your tastes will change so things will seem far too sweet.

Is the 0.8g the amount of sugar or the amount of carbs?

Hello thank you it’s the amount of sugar I find this so confusing, so thanks

The amount of sugar is not the relevant number, it is the total carbohydrate which is what you need to look at. That applies to all foods not just drinks.

0.8g is ultra low.
I'd be good on that.
But the artificial sweeteners give me a bad after taste.
