Oh my goodness ,is anyone else having cannula problems for the medtronic 640 ,these new grey ones have been so much better for my son to use until now , every cannula is sticking and going in straight however half hour later its soaked in insulin , so the last few days weve had highs ,injections etc , try another cannula couple of hours later soaked again grrrr, I was wondering if anyone else is having same problems
Thanks Kerry

Have you reported back to Medtronic? They will want to know the lot number etc, so that they can see if there's a dodgy batch, and they will probably replace the box so your CCG doesn't have to pay for the ones that didn't work.

Not quite sure which cannulas you mean, but it sounds like it might be Mio, Mio30 or Mio Advance?

Hi Kerry. Do you mean Mio 30's (rather than 3p's)? I use these but haven't had any issues with them. As Mike says it could be a bad batch so best to get in touch with Medtronic and get them to exchange them.
